🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• 📦 The artwork was damaged during shipping.
• 🖼️ You received the wrong artwork.
• 📏 The item differs significantly from the description.

All return requests must be made within7 daysfrom the delivery date. The artwork must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. 🛡️

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our platform, the following items are non-refundable:

• ❌ Artworks purchased through successful bidding
• ❌ Customized or commissioned artwork
• ❌ Digital art downloads (if applicable)

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. 💳

📸 Required for Return Requests

• 📝 Proof of purchase (order number)
• 📸 Clear photos of the artwork showing the damage or issue
• 📦 Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

📬 Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), InGallery will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. Please package the artwork securely for return. 📦🔒

❗ Cancellations

Orders for fixed-price artworks can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet shipped. Auction offers are final and cannot be cancelled. 🛑

🧾 Exchanges

We only replace artworks if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item please contact our support team. 🖼️🔁
